We're Elena and Domenico. Partners+ is what happens when a marriage comes with complementary skills. Between the two of us we cover design, branding, merchandising, marketing, and IT. We dream up the brand; then build the system that runs it. We argue in different languages and land on the best answer.

Track record
Pet Store Direct started as two people with an idea and became a warehouse full of people (and a few dogs). We built it from the ground up, won Distributor of the Year three years in a row, and sold it to a private equity firm. Most founders would have stopped there. We stayed and doubled the sales again - setting the fastest lap after the win was already ours. Because we could.
